Start up Internet Explorer

Select "Tools"

Select "Internet Options"

Enter http://www.cleanandsafe.com  in the block below "Home page".
 
Select "Connection" tab.

Select the "LAN Settings" button to open the configuration page.
 
Make sure "Use Automatic Configuration script" is chosen, and "Automatically detect settings" and "Use a proxy Server" are NOT chosen.

Enter the following automatic configuration address:

http://www.cleanandsafe.com/proxy.pac
 
Your browser is now setup to use Clean And Safe Internet!

Just click "OK" twice.
