Start up Internet Explorer

Select "View"

Select "Options"
Select "Connection"

and, under Automatic configuration

Select "Configure..."
In the URL box Enter:
http://www.cleanandsafe.com/proxy.pac

Select: "OK"
Select: "Apply"
Your browser is now setup to use Clean And Safe Internet!

Just click "OK"
